Farzana haque

PhD student in Life Sciences

Farzana is a medical oncology trainee at Yorkshire and Humber Deanery. She graduated with MBBS from Dhaka Medical College, Bangladesh and completed her MRCP. Following core medical training, she started medical oncology training and completed ST4 (Specialty training). She is currently out of the programme for research (OOPR), undertaking PhD as a clinical research fellow at Hull York Medical School and working at HUTH NHS trust as an honorary registrar. Her research area of interest is pancreatic cancer and cancer-associated thrombosis (CAT). She is working on the research project TEM-PAC (Study of Tumour Regulatory Molecules as Markers of Malignancy in Pancreatic Cystic Lesions).
